I recently attended a Silva Method course and have come to the realisation that i access the right side of my brain regularly when I feel inspired to put pen to paper and just write.

Often in the past I have then taken the writings and edited them to make them make more sense. However this time I have decided to scan and upload the writings just as they are because I feel that they have an inbuilt power to connect on a heart level with those who are ready to hear.
