Launching Mutual Appreciation Movement

I am so excited, everything is coming together and such amazing things are manifesting in my life on a daily basis.

So much has happened recently I really hope that I don't ramble too much. The first thing that I will tell you about is the heading of this blog and that is that I am launching the Mutual Appreciation Movement which I believe most people are instinctively members of if they take a little time to realise it. I have started to add a self assessment kit to my twitter account which is called sparklingenergy so you can have a look and find out whether you are a member or not. I will be adding more to that on a regular basis so if you don't imediately recognise yourself there may very well be something coming up soon that will trigger you to go "Ah ha it's me too!"

Such brilliant things are happening around the social enterprise that I manage The Real Renaissance Cafe ltd. we were heading towards closure if we didn't get new funding by the 31st March this year and on the 18th March we were turned down for a grant from the Bedford Borough Council because they had a limited budget and more pressing priorities. This looked a little bleak, though I must admit I remained in total belief that it would all work out and we would survive. Well within the space of 5 days we not only got funding to secure my post but we also got the one bit of funding that I really didn't think we had a chance of getting. That was from the Social Enterprise Investment Fund through the Department of Health and it was given to totally tranform the Cafe into somewhere that people would want to travel long distances just to come to it because it will be not only beautiful but it will also be serving some of the most delicious and super healthy foods anywhere in Britain.

I have been spreading the news about this fabulous outcome and people are getting excited by the enthusiasm so much so that I have been asked if I will regularly Blog for the Tastes of Bedfordshire site about all kinds of things that will make a person's life healthy and happy. Tastes of Bedfordshire promotes local producers for local people, and I truly believe that our local is quite extensive because people travel from Northampton and Biggleswade and Cambridge just to eat our wonderful Raw foods.

We will be having a major launch in September this year and I will try to keep you updated with the progress as we go along.

My shoulders are aching a bit and I am a little tired so I will leave this for now and be back in a day or so

You will feel so fabulous at the end of the day and for so many days afterwards that you will become addicted to feeling this good and so will become more and more determined to pursue that feeling of wellbeing.

Come and luxuriate in the purpose built “Crystal Room” with under floor heating and four enormous Amethyst Geodes radiating from the four corners, here you will connect with your Prana and remember your connection with Mother Earth. You will discover the depths of your resources yearning to be freed.

For breakfast before you attend the experience try to have a pint of warm filtered water with lime juice (freshly squeezed is best) followed by a freshly squeezed green or fruit juice or smoothie with no milk. You can follow this with a round of whole meal toast or Rye Bread or Quinoa and Amaranth bread if you are still hungry.

Don’t add milk to anything that you eat or drink nor any sugar. If you can do this for 3 to 4 days before you come to the experience that would give you any even stronger positive reaction

We are the ones we have been waiting for

Do you believe yourself to be basically good? Have you been the one that others turn to when they are in need of good council or good energy?

Most of us are like this in our true nature and it is such a worthwhile ambition to have. Really know yourself in your true depth and realise that generally speaking more and more you are starting to instinctively choose the most amicable outcome of every interaction. If we can all do that then there would be no more place for war, no need for weapons, when everyone has deeply understood that basically they can trust themselves to be trustworthy and therefore safe.

To feel safe is one of the most luxuriously delightful feelings imaginable. To be able to totally relax into the flow of creativity, the whole world becomes totally magical when you realise that there is nothing to be afraid of. The feeling of tightness in the solar plexus can be focussed away in waves by acknowledging it as an indication of the stress factor and choosing to reflect on the true self.

When we look at ourselves through a deep understanding of our own intrinsic good and we realise that we can actually trust ourselves we are truly on the path to enlightenment,

A truly worthwhile activity is to always be true to ourselves.

Then you will start to find others and you get the first glimmer of the great awakening. This has been predicted over centuries and most of the great religions place us in the end days of the world as we know it.

We can make the transition into full awakening in an instant; try listening to each other without any prejudice or judgement knowing that everyone you talk to is intrinsically good. The true you is good enough.

All of our fear based emotions are control mechanisms that have been imposed on us by our parents, teachers and religious leaders. They made us feel inadequate and humiliated us in front of the whole class when we stepped out of line.

The distance between knowing and putting into practice is as long or as short as you choose it to be.

I see so many awakening people all around me every day and I am delighted to share the message that most no let me say everyone that I interact with has a heart of gold, they are all good people and they all know many other good people.

We are the ones that we have been waiting for. We are the Warriors of the New Paradigm and as we remind others of their true nature they realise that they are too.

My purpose is in line with the greatest good for all and the universe is fully behind that. Everything that I have been doing over my life has been heading me onwards and upwards to this point. There is a massive movement around the world that I am an intrinsic part of and I am working on steps that will financially free us all up. There are activities occurring all around the world that are the source of the financial power behind the enlightenment movement. It will put the power into the hands of the people who have been working to bring the truth to the world. The money in the world will be redistributed onto the hands of the people who want everyone to benefit and the world to survive. The voices of the transformers will be heard across the planet and we will reach critical mass within the next two to three years so by December 2012 the world as we currently know it will be completely transformed into a paradise for all where everyone has more than enough. All wars will cease because there will be so many ordinary folk who are rich enough to be heard by all other ordinary folk so that they will see a better way of being where everyone show respect to everyone and everything.

 

 

The Message

Just a quick one to let everyone know that I am working on a new book called The Message, well that is its working title and it will start off a tranformation that will rock the world. Here is the first draft of the opening page.

The message is so powerful that it has the potential to start a major transformation in your life. The benefits that the message brings are so mind blowingly good that once you have experienced them for even a brief moment you will long to return to that state every waking moment of your life.

The message has the capacity to release your potential to be happy beyond imagination and to live without stress and worry.

The message will free your mind so that your life purpose becomes so obvious to you that you can’t miss it.

The message will free you up to fully appreciate the uniqueness of each and every being. It will free you up to be real and genuine and to deeply understand that every perspective is valuable to the overall picture.

The message is so simple to state and so easily understood that it is almost instantaneously accepted as a Universal Truth and as such has the power to facilitate instant Enlightenment.

The benefits are numerous and include freedom from fear, stress free living, unconditional loving relationships, true happiness and real contentment, fully accepting yourself and celebrating your life, fully accepting others and allowing them to be, consciously becoming part of the solution.

In the following pages you will discover the insidious ways in which we are being manipulated into living lives that are plagued with stress, worry, anxiety and fear of many kinds. You will discover really simple ways in which you can start to free yourself from these influences and begin to feel better than you have in a very long time. It is so remarkable that even despite feeding it with all of the most damaging foods for years it can still manage to repair us when we injure ourselves. Becoming more common are things like IBS and Diabetes, food intolerances, SAD, obesity, and all of these are debilitating and seemingly unsolvable.

GOOD NEWS is that they are solvable and you can heal yourself from them by simple adjustments to what you are fuelling your body with.

Vital Information

I am getting floods of insights and I am really beginning to understand that I need to sort out the spontaneous recording of my spoken insights because they are coming from Source and would really benefit from being heard directly full of the enthusiasm that materialises them.

My insights will appear through my website Sparkling Energy and loads of them will appear here. It will be a fountain of Freedom, the Source of Magic and a river of wisdom.

I see the world from the perspective of my Higher Self and I have been insatiable for knowledge and wisdom throughout my life.

My life experiences have taken me deep into the world of poverty. I have found the route out of all forms of poverty and have discovered the magic that sets you free.

Poverty of spirit is one of the most wounding afflictions that affects the world that we live in today. Materialsim has proven to have spawned a society of fear. When there is fear there is unconsciousness and hence poverty of spirit; if you don't know that there is a better way, which there is, life must seem pretty desperate in the world we find ourselves in. But even amongst all of this seeming "crisis" I also see more and more people trying to find ways of reconnecting themselves with something more meaningful than "keeping up with the neighbours".

I've been trying to reconnect myself throughout my life too and what I've discovered is that we are all waking up to the same truths. It doesn't matter in what order you are waking up whether it was through the Punk lyrics of Crass or through the mind expanding experiences of LSD. All of us have our own experiences of our journeys to where we find ourselves now.

Where we find ourselves now is at the dawning of the New Paradigm and one of the most important indicators of this is the floods of insights that are spreading around the world. Everyone of us who is in the process of waking up now needs the tools to enable every single one of us to truly wake up to our full potential. The understanding of the tools will be very easy, the implementation takes determination and dedication.

You really need to know what you truly want to be, ask yourself what is your highest vision for yourself. If you imagine really well can you see yourself as a beautiful, kind and generous being who has optimum health, loving relationships, excellent self image, and abundance in all aspects of life?

There is so much information out there that it is really hard to determine which is useful and which is a distraction. I have cut through most of the distractions and now have such clear insights into the workings of the Universe and willingly have become a conduit for the most transformative wisdom to flood out into the world. I have so had to get over the upwhelling of the destructive "Who me?" complex because I truly realise (make real) the maxim "if not me then who, if not now then when". It is me and it is now.

I am a source of the newest transformational information. I have cleansed my body and mind as thoroughly as I can and I know that I am good enough . The messages that are coming into the world through me are for everyone, because everyone has the right to choose to become their own most magnificent version of themselves.
